Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and another with your tracking number once it has shipped.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 4–8 business days, depending on your country and city. Our products are dispatched from our international fulfilment partners, so during peak periods (such as Black Friday and the holidays) or due to carrier and customs delays, delivery may occasionally take longer. We'll always keep you updated.

Order tracking

Every order comes with a tracking number, sent by email once your order ships. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to show updates after dispatch.

Customs, duties and taxes

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes. Any such charges, unless stated at checkout, are the responsibility of the customer.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking shows no updates for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us at pupshield@use.startmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
